Clean rooms, great breakfast, good location for day-trips, free mini-bar, efficient reception.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Existing sauna was not described in the room information. Sauna was much too hot (96 degree Celsius). Expensive breakfast to book additionally (but McCafe within 200 m as external alternative).

We loved the LOVELY view. The location was next to everything we wanted to do. We do recommend this venue and would have extended the stay.

The breakfast here is lovely and the location is conveniently close to all the attractions.

I chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to the Museum Harbour Greifswald, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the very helpful staff at the front desk who could speak English. Their assistance made my stay much more enjoyable.

Considering it was a Mercure Hotel and the high price we paid for the room, it was not up to scratch. The room had lumpy pillows, tired finishes, and often broken finishes.

It was difficult to find. No free parking places and very hot room (without aircondition)

This place boasts a great location near the historic center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with amenities like a mini-bar and sitting area. The staff provided excellent service, especially the friendly reception desk employees. I also enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar, which was a nice touch.

We loved staying here! The hotel offers excellent facilities, including ample parking, a fantastic breakfast buffet, and spacious, clean rooms with enormous windows and lovely views. The staff is always prompt and efficient, and the additional pillows in the room made for a comfortable sleep. we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Nice clean room and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We enjoyed the option to rent bikes and take a ride around the nearby area.

The hotel's location was quite remote, and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. We felt a bit isolated during our Easter stay, and there weren't many restaurants or shops nearby.

The hotel offers free parking and an excellent breakfast buffet. the room is quite spacious, with large windows and additional pillows to choose from. It's located near a McDonald's, gas stations and close to the main road out of town, which was a great advantage during our business trip.

The noise isolation could be improved as we were awoken to the sounds of other guests in the hallway. there was no kettle in the room and the sauna was out of order.

This hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful, suburban area near the train station. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained with spacious bathrooms. the breakfast is comprehensive and filling, and the staff is friendly and efficient. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and ample car parking facilities.

Some of the finishes could use an update.
